Your mission: Solve a puzzle with no picture on the box, uncover the hidden image as you build, and submit proof of solving before anyone else to win money.

Step #01 - Secure The Drop

Each month a new puzzle drop is released with limited allocations. Make sure you get in early and claim your spot so you're able to try and solve the fastest.

Step #02 - Solve The Puzzle

No picture. No reference. Just pieces and instinct. Build the puzzle, uncover the hidden image, and race to complete it before the rest of the field catches up. Make sure to build your puzzle on a puzzle board, piece of cardboard or a similar solid backing as you'll need to flip it once complete.

Step #03 - Submit Your Proof

Once you've completed the puzzle, snap a photo, flip over the puzzle and scan the QR code on the back. It'll take you to a website where you can submit your photo as proof of completing the puzzle.

Step #04 - Collect The Payout

The fastest verified solvers get paid each month. If your proof of solving checks out and you're one of the fastest solvers, we will reach out so you can claim your payout!

🧩 how hard is the puzzle?

Secret Solve was created to be challenging. A normal 1000 piece puzzles can be too easy for some people. That's why we decided to raise the stakes by taking away the reference image, adding a timer and putting prize money on the line for the fastest solvers. Some solvers finish in days. Others take weeks. That’s the point.

🕵️ how does the prize money work?

Each monthly puzzle has a cash bounty for the fastest verified solvers. The first solvers to complete the puzzle and submit correct proof win themselves a share of the prize pool.

🔄 how do i flip the puzzle once it’s complete?

Great question and it's something you’ll want to plan for early. We recommend placing a flat surface underneath the puzzle when you start (such as cardboard, a thin board, or a puzzle mat). Once the puzzle is complete, you can place another flat surface on top and flip the entire puzzle safely in one motion, keeping everything intact. Trust us, you’ll be glad you did.

⏳ how long do i have to solve it?

You have the entire month to solve each drop. However, speed matters as once the top solver spots are claimed, the bounty is gone.

🧩 what happens after i finish?

Once completed, you need to submit proof via our verification process. If you’re among the fastest solvers we'll reach out and you can claim your reward. If not? You'll still have solved a Secret Solve puzzle and that’s the real flex.
